PURE GOLD hits the streets of Jerusalem! Inspired by the exhibition Pure Gold, the BLMJ, in partnership with the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design and the Jerusalem Municipality has created the Golden Mile in the heart of Jerusalem.

Bezalel jewelry design students studied the artifacts in the exhibition before embarking on this exciting project that combines ancient gold, Jerusalem's architecture and the rich multi-cultural character of Jerusalem. The artwork created is installed in the center of the city, creating an outdoor exhibition that presents Jerusalem’s unique position between the ancient and the modern. 

This project is in collaboration with the Visual Arts Department of the Jerusalem Municipality and the Department of Jewelry and Fashion at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.
